A teacher is never in two rooms at once, a class never has two lessons at the same time, a room is never double-booked, teachers are never scheduled on their day off, and no class gets the same subject more than twice in one day. Subjects tied to a specific room — science in the lab, PE in the sports hall — only ever appear there, and that room is not used for anything else. The result is checked again after generation and the clash count is shown on screen.

Because the constraints you set genuinely cannot all be satisfied — for example more weekly periods than the week has slots, or a subject whose teachers do not have enough available time to cover every class. The generator tells you which constraint is the blocker and what to change.
